Bingham High School was presented with the National P.T.A. AIDS Educational Award in 1989. The award recognized the outstanding parental involvement displayed in the parent workshop, A Parent’s Guide: Teaching Responsible Sexual Behavior. It was conducted in conjunction with Sexuality, Commitment & Family.
