A directive, prevention-focused AIDS curriculum for Grades 5 - 12.

AIDS is not selective, but it is preventable. The curriculum teaches the importance of self-discipline and personal responsibility. The student is taught that he/she bears the primary responsibility for HIV avoidance. You are at little risk of getting AIDS if you are drug-free, abstinent now, and monogamous later. Teens can and do practice abstinence, especially when they are trained in the skills to do so.
