As part of a broad network of partners, assesses, monitors, and improves the health and well-being of all of Wyoming's mothers, infants, children, and adolescents by strenghtening both the personal care and public health systems to assure access to quality comprehensive care.  This includes Comprehensive state-wide needs assessment and the Healthy Communities initiative.  MC initiatives include:

Supports the Wyoming’s Youth Improvement Plan by facilitating and partnering with various youth issue task forces Youth (i.e. Suicide Prevention and Unintended Pregnancy Prevention); assists the Wyoming Community Coalition for Health Education (WCCHE) to facilitate community-based Asset Building Initiatives youth; works with Help Me Grow-Safe Kits.
